STEP 1 : LAMINATE PLAIN PARTICLE BOARD
We will laminated plain particle board with PU Paper and Melamine paper
STEP 2 : CUT THE LAMINATED PARTICLE BOARD
We cut the laminated particle board in size WIP model.
STEP 3 : EDGE TAPE BANDING
After cutting into WIP, we will banding the board with edging tape.
STEP 4 : DRILLING HOLE
We will drilling hole using our auto hole machine.
STEP 5 : SAMPLE ROOM
We will install and assemble the WIP into furniture. QC will check before packing process.
